Hazing with a loaded gun in Oklahoma (OSU)

Hazing with a loaded gun, allegedly. Oh lord, this is seriously terrible (if true).
ALpha Gamma Rho and OSU have suspended or expelled the alleged perpetrator.

The following says that the alleged perpetrator had been secretary of the IFC at OSU. (I'm not sure exactly when.):
