There are a million possible reasons why they chose other names, everythign from the fact that they started as a club (like farmhouse) to that they wanted to be different, to they didnt' want to be associated with "Greeks" despite their similar existence, to the fact that their name has a special significance for members...I honestly don't see what the big deal is?
