I don't see it that way at all. What he's saying is that all 16 groups offered bids to at least one of the 21 AA women. the 21 women matched to 10 of the groups. So THEY wanted the 10 groups more than the 6 other groups.
What if he also added that 3,129 (or whatever) bids were offered to 2,054 women? It's the same thing. All he's saying is that at least one AA women was on every chapter's bid list.
Did y'all really think they wouldn't publicize this information after what happened last year? Duh!
