I get the unhoused chapters having QA's, but if you're a QA to a housed chapter, where do you sleep? Do they say "Hey you're a QA, you're lucky to get a bid, but you're staying in the dorm - we don't have room for you!"?

I don't think QAs would exist, unless they know they have a sister living out for a reason (RA, study abroad, etc).
