I'm actually surprised the police weren't called in this case. I would have thought this girl was unstable, and I would have definitely called the police.. or at least threatened to do so.

This is an 8 minute video. It's not as if she walked in, complained, received a free donut and coffee and walked back out.

I'd like to think that I'd even make that phone call if I was just one of the customers in the store.

Don't get me wrong - I'm not blaming anyone who was working at DD that day. I just think that in such a situation, getting the police involved (or at least threatening to do so) wouldn't be completely irrational.

Someone who's that crazed over a receipt needs help. I can't tell if she's seriously mentally unstable or just a b*tch. I've seen both working in retail.
