In APO, we used to play "Pledge Jeopardy" - but to make it more risk management sound, you may want to play with new members and initiates.
If your chapter has a long, storied history, you may want to organize a campus tour for sisters that discusses the various events which occurred on campus, such as "And in this room was the first initiation" or "and along this hallway, the chapter founders walked while discussing creating a local sorority which would become XYZ."
