The chapters not participating are not all above total, but their nationals or advisers may say they have to participate. Its always like that at UF. So, its usually very random as to who ends up participating!
All in all it was a very good day, from what I could see!

Did I FYP correctly? As in, even if a chapter is above total, they may be told by their nationals they have to participate anyway? Are their nationals aware this isn't just an informational type event - that the majority of the PNMs assume that if a sorority is at this event, they are under total and can give bids? I mean, making one of your chapters appear there if they aren't "open for business" could result in PNMs getting very pissed off at them. I don't think any group wants that.
It sounds like there's some a lot of miscommunication going on between PNMs, nationals, GLOs and Panhel.
