RIFL, my good doctor. I didn't say I hate them. I said they are unappealing, which is quite a different thing. I do not hate them, but neither do I find them irresistible like some people do. It is very easy for me to pass them up, because I do not find them be worth the effort involved in chewing. I do not hate them; I simply don't want them.

You fail to grasp that you have an underlying problem that is undermining the credibility and reliability of your data: assuming that there are only two categories, hard and soft, and trying to force all cookies to fit those two categories. You compound that error by assuming all share your perception of hardness and softness. Tsk.
