I didn't really intend on going through formal recruitment and I really didn't know a damn thing about it when I went. I missed the second day (house tours) because I had to be home for something (that I can't even remember). I don't dress girly ... ....I can totally picture this - including our ABC saying this. I'm glad we ended up there together, pledge sis!
Your knowledge and networking got me active in the chapter as well as my advising now.
