ETA: By all means, all "president" masks I've seen were cartoony. But given this particular president is Black and the embellished features characteristically Black features, it puts a slightly different spin on things.

Some president masks are more cartoony than others. The Nixon ones are WAY worse than any Kennedy mask I've seen...i.e. Kennedy's is actually not bad looking, Nixon's make him look downright monstrous.
