I know at least one of our chapters that says our colors are Red and Black!
Drives me nuts. I guess Cardinal isn't good enough.
Anyway. I used to hate the sheaf of wheat. Thought the pledge pin was so ugly. It has grown on me over the years. Now that I have a vintage pledge pin, I know that part of the problem is the cheap-o pins we use now that don't really look like a sheaf but more like a mushroom.
