Hello,
I just wanted to clarify what she meant. We weren't using KBG to get on campus, we were a campus recognized organization before we were KBG. At the time, our founders did seek national status, but at the time did not have the requirements to become an NPC organization (obviously.) They sought recognition by another NPC organization, but that also didn't work out. All our founders wanted was national recognition with a sorority that held similar ideals. Then they found Kappa Beta Gamma. The #1 reason why girls at our school don't want to join us is because because they know we're not an NPC organization on our campus, as opposed to DZ, AST, and ASA (who just came to our campus a year ago). While we love our chapter, and we all worked hard to get where we are, our time on our campus is questionable. While I'm not personally sure about the idea of being absorbed, I can understand her frustration.
