Yeah, none of the the things you listed are examples of exceptions. There are too many uncertainties (i.e.
relatively short notice did not bother us if our schedule was clear) to wait until the last minute to solicit teams.
I'm going on and on about this because this issue is one of my GLO pet peeves.
