I assume you mean NPC sororities because it goes without saying that there are racial and ethnic minority women in NPHC, MCGLO, and LGLO sororities around the country. Therefore, what does having an NPHCer help with recruitment have to do with the relatively small % of racial and ethnic minority women in NPC orgs around the country?
In fact, it looks silly that the the NPC needs an NPHCer because it couldn't find a racial and ethnic minority NPCer to mirror the supposed "women of color in (NPC) sororities all around the country" that people keep claiming.
