I think it's gone now, it was just grandfathered in for anyone convicted before the change.

Seriously, I'm sorry but I just don't have much patience with this. I'll be the first to admit that the criminal justice isn't perfect -- in some cases far from it. And I'll gladly listen to informed criticisms and engage in discussions about them. But I have little patience with criticisms -- complete with  s and $s -- that demonstrate appalling ignorance of the some of the basic constitutional principles this country is founded on -- principles that a fifth grader should know.
