So her words: She is a junior now and is going abroad next year so she won't be able to spend much time in A Phi, but she is happy she will have the sorority connections post-grad. She still would have rather been in Tahiti or Paris but whatever. Since A Phi is new they don't have a rep yet and she is ok with that over a bad rep.
