I'd be cautions about the part I bolded. If this is a condensed class equaling 3.5 hours and you believe that you may have to miss it twice during the 1.5 week recruitment time-period, that would be equal to skipping the same regular/daytime class consistently for two entire weeks during what, an 10-12 week semester! Just think of all the material that will be covered, assignments that may be issued, and tests/quizzes you may have to miss. You should definitely check with your recruitment counselor and Greek Life office and go with their recommendation based on the recruitment climate at your specific school.
