w00t for PRs! That's awesome.
On the asthma: I've got nothing really. BUT! You could investigate the Galloway Method (

Had an awesome 9 mile run on Friday, didn't run today because I've been busy with my swim team kids, and getting ready for a party tomorrow. I'm hoping to try to squeeze in a 12-13 mile run tomorrow before people start arriving. Thank you God for the warm weather though! I'm so done with snow.
