AND SO ON. Some people in this country (including supporters of EITHER side) are CLEARLY not ready for a black man to be president. However, some people weren't ready for Black people to have equal rights upheld by law or for slaves to be freed or for interracial couples to marry. If you wait for people to be ready then the only thing they'll ever be ready for is for things to stay EXACTLY THE SAME. and what is a bit ironic about that is when they (as usual) have been both white, people got some bad results from both....heh!
The internet is a wonderful place to say things that you don't dare say aloud in front of folks....so I am not surprised that a lot of this is going to be happening for the next 4 to 8 years.
Love that last statement...you don't wait on something that you should already have that you desperately deserve,especially when the rest of the world is already doing it.
