Soror, I agree.
I mean, and I'm still just *completely floored*. I can't believe it. Who would have thought that she would be so ignorant of world issues...or even our own government's policies. What really kills me is that, even sitting all of that aside, she just didn't "get it" when Charlie was asking her about preemption. Even when he spelled it out for her, her answer clearly showed that she was not smart enough to think on her feet. None of her answers showed any thoughtfulness whatsoever.
I'm just completely floored. Does she run Alaska like this? Couldn't McCain have at least found someone who has been governor for 1.5 years AND who knew anything about world government???? She clearly didn't even know what Charlie was asking her about half the time. Anybody who reads the daily or weekly newspaper may have had more of a clue than her. What was that about being able to see Russia from Alaska? What does that have to do with the price of tea in China? Her ignorance just astounds me.
The entire thing was filled with platitudes. Half the time, she didn't even answer the question. I would feel more at ease if I thought that she was just AVOIDING the question. What worries me is that I *think* that she *thought* that she was actually ANSWERING the questions.
She's too ignorant to recognize her ignorance. Either that, or there's alot of "hubris" in the air. Wouldn't be the first time. I'm waiting for her to start pointing into the camera and threatening other countries next....

wwhen it's all said and done, we'll have had 8 years of a "regular guy" (w/Yale and Harvard degrees and from a politically connected family). his C-average has us in terrible shape as a nation.
we just can't afford her 5 schools in 6 years or mccain's 5th from the bottom rank of his graduating class
