Women start to look trampish if they combine wearing a back out top with a short skirt. If women follow those fashion tips, it will keep them from looking risqué'. I just thought I might needed to add this info. Maybe it will help some of the women.

I'm not into the backout style, but I love pencil skirts. I like blue jean skirts too.
