Taking on the police as an individual leads to incarceration, physical assault or worse. Staying out of jail and taking on the police/system as part of a larger and more powerful force - AND perhaps undergoing intentional arrest to make a positive statement - wins battles. But, the war is still on. I'm interested in hearing your thoughts on what individuals should do when being wrongfully harassed by the police.

And, I fixed your comment for you. Anyway, I'll hope that you are, in fact, familiar with the severely disproportionate percentage of black men in jails and prisons.
