First, I'm assuming by "girls of race" you're referring to minority women. Race =/= Black or whatever it is you think it means.
Second, maybe if people like you said "hey, this isn't tradition, this is wrong and I'm going to support sororities that pledge diverse women as a
positive thing" then maybe more minority women would feel comfortable enough to join your greek system and sororities wouldn't be scared to pledge them.
