There's really no "but" to it, IMO. The additional consequences/repercussions she faces are out of line. She has suffered enough. Rape is bad. Gang rape is worse. There's no reason why the government should punish her even more. She's already faced her repercussions... from seven men... twice.

I don't approve...however...that is the law...she broke it......this really is maginified due to the fact that she was raped...otherwise...if it didn't happen...still the initial crime according to thier law had to be settled if she was caught by someone else.
