So your ONE DATE with Kelly was a bust. Can you really say you fell in love with her? That's an awfully strong feeling (love) for someone who doesn't even like women. Obviously, Kelly didn't feel the same way about you. (Or, who knows, maybe she did five years ago, but it's taken you so long to muster up the courage to ask her out that she just couldn't see it happening.)
I agree that you should seek some professional help. It sounds like you've had your heart broken (maybe several times), and you're not sure how to mend it. While I'd be willing to bet everyone here has experience with being let-down in love, you're bound to find more helpful advice from someone who has counseled others in your situation.
