Puff has to keep at least Willie for some kinda eye-candy. If Willie gets the boot, nobody (potential fans) is going to be interested in an all-ugly "band".
In order to make it in the pop/crossover world, I'm thinking he will have to keep one somewhat "cute" dude (Willie), the white guy, one truly powerhouse singer (probably ol' bama-Mike) and possibly another powerhouse singer or someone who can sing bass (probably ol' rough ends looking Robert <--think that's the name)

From reading Will's MySpace page, he's been in a group that was pretty well known in Chicago so he already has a built in fan base plus his sex appeal.
He can keep DeAngelo if he loses the braces and adds two inches of new growth to that haircut because his naked scalp scares me.
