In the north, sorority and Junior League just aren't as competitive. My JL chapter does not require recs or sponsors like in the book,
The Devil in the Junior League I can't even imagine landing in a sorority if I attended schools where this was the norm! I'm glad women are asking about competitiveness on a campus in other threads but until they get there, they just aren't going to know for sure.
