Okay, if she can sexually express herself, she can have any kind of partner she desires even if it is her friend.

Personally, I would not do that, but there are women who just think differently. And to talking to women that do, I know they psychologically hurt and feel that they can find love externally.

It can be done with one person within the bounds of a known commitment (verbal or legal).

Also, NO ONE can love or care about anyone unless he or she loves and cares about his or herself. Period. That is the prerequisite for a relationship. You cannot have that, unless you love yourself. And just because you love yourself sufficiently does not mean your mate to be is ready...
