If any of the Philo women go to an SGRho and say "soror," they will be reminded that they aren't a duly initiated member but rather an affiliate member. If any of the women were to list SGRho as one of their organizational memberships, that would be a misrepresentation.

I can't believe that you would even say this. Many Philos are women who do not want to obtain 4 year college degrees. They may hold associate degrees or be successful in many other ways. Many just want to experience an organized sisterhood and support Sigma Gamma Rho. Many Philos are the mothers, sisters, friends, aunts, etc. of SGRho members and some have been active for over 30 years or more. Let's not offend them please. They have all they want and need in the Philo Club or they would not stay active.
