Potato Salad:
Depending on how much you want to make.
Boil Potato until soft but firm. (Not mushy).
Place in bowl and then in the refrigirator to cool and set.
Add:
Mayo.
Sweet pickle relish, drain off juice.
Mustard.
Horse Radish. Just a bit.
Garlic. Just a bit.
Stir until all ingredients are well mixed.
Put back into refrigerater to thicken just a bit.
Great with Hamburgers, hot dogs, fried chicken, or BBQ!
