Daily Campus has an article on IFC and Panhellenic recruitment results (not detailed with every chapter's results, however):

Concerning the Panhellenic sororities, the story does say that Chi Omega got quota plus four (but doesn't say what quota was or how many Chi O got), and that Kappa Kappa Gamma got 45.
I suppose some GCers will be able to fill everybody in over the next few days.
