Pittsburgh Convention
 

Hi Sisters! The convention was awesome! We had so much fun talking to other sisters! Unfortunately, Alison had to work so she couldn't go. I went along with Emily, Stephanie and Becky. We talked to a group of older sisters from Butler (about 30 miles North). They were so cute! Some of the sisters had been in Beta Sigma Phi for 49-50 years! They invited us up for lunch and they want to be pen pals! We arrived a little late but got to stay for cocktail hour. I finally met Sylvia from City Council. She is just awesome. The highlight of my night....I got to meet Laura Ross Wingfield! She is super sweet and down to earth. I was so excited when I came home to tell my husband about the convention, I was still jumping up and down. Everyone laughed. Laura took our picture and then she posed for a picture with us. She said we might be in the next Torch. If we are, my hair usually looks better..it's 94 degrees here. Can't do anything with it. :) It was fantastic! We only stayed for a few hours. If you can get to a convention, do it. They're terrific!
