I just went back on program this week after a couple month hiatus, and I lost 4.0 lbs.

...and I thought I had a bad week!
I went to get weighed in this morning and I lost and 1.6 pounds. So my new total is 7.4 pounds in 3 weeks. I am really pleased with myself! |

i must say, i give all you guys on weight watchers credit. one of my roommates is on it, while another 2 of us are on the south beach.
we watch the girl on weight watchers and wonder how she is not hungry. she has such tiny portions!!! i like south beach cause i get to eat until i feel full. wish you guys the best of luck!!! |
I need to get back to WW (I lost 28 lbs last year) but I don't know if I want to go to the meetings or try to do it online. I'm not sure I am earnest enough to do it on my own without having to actually go and have someone weigh me.
Anyone doing WW online? Pros and cons?? |

So i missed last weeks meeting and went this week but didnt keep points at all but lost .8lbs. Only .2 lbs to go to 10!!!!
