I wasnt bitching about my disagreement on the attraction thing, I just bitched about how most women here ignored what the post was asking for and instead started talking about how "buttery" her face looked. And I'm not saying all women on GC are unfortunate looking.....there are many good looking women out in GC land. True, there's more dogs than foxes......but i dont ridicule women who dont need it.

Here's the scenario that I think we're all seeing:

Your best friend meets a girl. You think the girl is shady. Your best friend dates this girl for a long time. You still think she's shady. You think that she might be cheating on him. You find out that this girl is a prostitute. She was doing all kinds of sexual acts for money with different men while she was dating your best friend. She neglected to mention any of this to your best friend. You tell your story on a message board. The message board people tell you to tell your friend not to fret...she wasn't that hot anyway. You get upset and insist that she really is cute.

This girl totally screwed over your friend by doing one of the most dispicable things. WHY WHY WHY WHY are you sticking up for her?! If anything, I would think you'd be all about calling her ugly or nasty. I think that's what we're all confused about.

I agree with you, the girl isn't ugly. (See, you're right :p ) And honestly if I were a guy in a bar, I'd probably at least check her out too...I mean, she does have a hot body. Anyway, enough about that...so how is your friend doing? Has he decided to kick her ass to the curb?

Please explain to me exactly how a woman, any of the women on here, need ridicule. If someone was going around saying oh, i'm so hot, look at me, blah blah blah, maybe. Or posting saying hey, criticize me. But no one has. Hell, you ridicule women whose picture you've never seen!

No one on here deserves to be ridiculed on their looks. It also serves no purpose. Can you think back to when you were a little kid, or even now, when someone made fun of you for something about your looks? It's not fun, it's hurtful. And what purpose does it serve? Does it make you feel better about yourself, that you're a better person? I'm truly curious what you get out of it.

Let he who has no sins cast the first stone. Unless you're the picture of perfection, which, you're not (no one is!), you have no right to just attack people's appearances.

By responding to people's posts and ridiculing their looks, it makes you look like you're not intelligent or secure enough in yourself to actually put together a well thought out response to a topic. You embarass yourself more than the person you're ripping on.

Ew, you're totally right!!! Is he seriously going to let a whore run his life!? Poor guy, he must be so bummed to even have that as an option. I have a friend who is moving away in a couple weeks because of the same reason...I think it's so stupid, but sometimes people need to do what they need to do.
