To everyone, but in particular, the people I work with:
1) Stop asking me what's wrong. If we are cool like that, I'll tell you. Otherwise, PISS OFF! If you ask me again, my response is not going to be kind. :mad: 2) Stop talking to me like I'm either 5 or ignorant. I'm neither. Speak to me in the manner that you would like to me to speak to you. Do NOT speak to me in a condescending tone because I'm not going to respond. PERIOD. If I've never done it before, then ask me questions to assess whether or not I can handle the task. DO NOT ASSUME I DON'T KNOW WHAT I'M DOING. :mad: But if you KNOW that I've done it before and done it WELL, ASSUME IT'LL BE THAT WAY EACH AND EVERY TIME I DO IT. I'm not going to be GREAT one day and HORRIBLE the next. If you cannot follow 1 & 2, don't be surprised when I respond to you in a unkind and barely professional manner. I am NOT in the mood today. PERIOD. So stay in your office and the $%&^ up off my back. Why I gotta be chatty with you to be OK???? Just because I am NOT chatty does NOT mean I have a problem with you.
