I am so bored at work.
I have the bad habit that when I am bored I snack. I'm doing ok, I haven't snacked, but I need to do something, other wise I'm pretty sure I'll break down and have something bad to snack on. What do you guys do when you feel this way? |

I succumbed(sp?) to my cravings and had a chocolate bar. That's okay though, I still have plenty of points. I'm a little scared about getting weighd in on sasturday, fo some reason I don't feel like I've lost anything this week, and I'm scared of putting any on. I've stuck to my points, but I don't know. I don't want this to discourage me if I do put on some weight, because I am easily discouraged. |

I love weight watchers ... this is my second time doing it and i have lost 9lbs in 4 weeks ... i think it is one of the best weight loss programs outthere cause you can eat anything you want

Weight Watchers is one of the most nutritionally-sound programs out there right now. I did it last year and lost about 30 pounds. Unfortunately, I had to stop so I did gainsome of it back,but that wasn't due to WW. That was due to me slipping back into my old eating habits. I'm thinking about doing it again, but on my own this time. I am the Points guru. Even though I'm not on it right now, I still find myself saying how many points something has. Once you can look at any label and tell immediately how many points are in a serving of XYZ, you've arrived.

Does anyone know how many points California rolls are.
I'm going out for sushi tonight and I've never had the fish before. I know the books have points for shushi but not the vegetable sushi. I'm thinking I might try the fish tonight anyway, but I could chicken out at the last second. I have to go get weighed tomorrow so I don't want to blow my points. Although I do have all my flex points available. |
