I should note that, hoochie-mama outfits or not, last year alone this chapter managed to raise over $170,000 for treatment of childhood cancers. What's amazing is that this total only allowed them to come in THIRD in our annual dance marathon! Not too shabby.
Now, if they could only dress a bit more conservatively for rituals..... |

bealls ad in the sunday paper for the last two sundays has had inexpensive white dresses in the junior section.

That pic from ASA is similar to what my old chapter wears for pinning and initiation. For us it's basically find anything white, excluding pants. We kinda wait around last minute to find things, and white skirts or dresses are hard to find in November and February.

I actually did get my white dress from Target. Call me cheap, but I looked everywhere, and everything I found was too big. The dress I ended up buying was still a little big, but it was better than what I had found at other stores.

Plus size Ladies! Old navy has a few white skirts/shirts out right now, and they have a white "slip dress" that is actually pretty cute (although I'd suggest like a wrap or whatnot to go over it since it's spaghetti strapped)
