I don't know about that. Naive might be a better descriptor. I'm sure some of our medical GCers could tell us crazy stories about people who are just that sheltered. I'm in school with quite a few nurses (heading into missions) who have told some almost unbelieveable stories of the lack of knowledge of some of their patients. And, surprising, a patient's age isn't a barrier to naivete.

My aunt is a doctor who worked a stint at a free clinic for a few years and she told me some unbelievable stories about some of the pregnant women who came in.
