I have to agree with you RedefinedDiva....they knew what they were doing. The young lady in question should have been suspended too!!!! I also agree with CT4...teachers are not aware of everything. The parents need to talk to their children. And what do children that age know about BJ's anyway??? Where are they getting this ISH from????

I remember in Jr. High my friends and I found out what 69 meant and I remember us all going "EWWW...people actually DO that?!?!" And 'going out' meant sitting at the same lunch table, holding hands, MAYBE kissing, and buying eachother cheesy trinkets from walmart....Granted this was 10 years ago, but STILL....

In 8th grade I remember people around me talking about sex and this one girl talking about performing oral sex on a man (you know what I mean). I asked her what was that and she gave this crazy looked like I was out of the loop. Then she could not tell me what it was so I went home and asked my mother and she told me. I was like EWWWWWWWWWWWW... I stopped our conversation right then and got sick to my stomach.

I remember in high school they must have put something in the water because my Freshman year a whole bunch of freshmen girls got pregnant, then had there babies, then were so behind that they dropped out. All I remember thinking is I can wait.

My son is 6yrs. old....I would have been livid if my son had told me something like that. And how about not all of the parents were notified??!!!! That is a problem:mad: . I feel sorry for those babies....

I am horrified by this. My daughter turns 6 Thursday and this is very scary. OMG this makes me want to cry.:( I'll have to talk to her about the birds and bees a LOT earlier than I'd planned to.

Aren't the Philly Schools run by a private company now because they were in such bad shape? Hence the "new management"...with management like that...maybe they need the "old" management back!

Authorities: Fifth-graders posted lookout, had sex in class

NEW ORLEANS, Louisiana (AP) -- Five fifth-grade students face criminal charges after authorities said four of them had sex in front of other students in an unsupervised classroom and kept a classmate posted as a lookout for teachers.

The students were arrested Tuesday at the Spearsville school in rural north Louisiana, authorities said. Two 11-year-old girls, a 12-year-old boy and a 13-year old boy were charged with obscenity, a felony. An 11-year-old boy, the alleged lookout, was charged with being an accessory.

"After 44 years of doing this work, nothing shocks me anymore," said Union Parish Sheriff Bob Buckley. "But this comes pretty close."
