AOII House at Ole Miss:
Adding on a new 3000 square foot chapter room, extending the dining room, new furniture, new decorations....basically just making the AOII house even better! The project has been going on since last summer when the house got sprinklers, the dorm rooms were renovated, etc.

Others at Ole Miss getting some additions, renovations:
Chi Omega--I found out from a Chi Omega who is in the chapter currently over this past weekend...they are doing their sprinkler system with the new system they sprays the foam...

Phi Mu--addition to the house from what I can tell

Kappa Alpha Theta--addition to the house, also it looks like maybe a new facade to the front of the house

Pi Beta Phi--got a new facade and additions and new house director's suite last summer, looks so awesome. Also, all of the dorm rooms have those awesome new AC/Heat systems that each room can control, sort of like they have at hotels. They also got their kitchen renovated and I think their dining room renovated too.

Pi Kappa Alpha--gutting the inside from when I drive by their house everyday on the way to work, maybe getting new sheetrock or something?

Sigma Nu--gutting their house completely, big huge addition they are adding onto their house.
