Young days, pop PoP Corn put in big bag, take cool ade, Pee in a can. Older middle days, make out with girl friend. Married days, take cooler of pre mixed cocktales and watch movie! Ah, The Good Old Days! Anyone want to come to KC and Go to a Drive-In???:D |
Heh...I actually went to the local drive-in last night :D
Seen The Chronicles of Riddick and Aliens VS Predator  It's only 2 minutes away from my house and only cost $5 per adult and $3 per child for a double feature. I love our dirve-in :D :D |
There is still a drive-in in my hometown in New Hampshire (southern). It's $15 per carfull for a double-feature.
My family used to go every weekend when I was little.. then in high school.. we used to take my dad's pickup truck.. with lawn chairs and all. I love the drive-in :).. that's the one thing I'll miss when I relocated in May/June. |
there are a lot of drive-in theaters popping up around China.

The Stars & Stripes Drive In in Lubbock, TX is brand new (well, almost a year old), and is HOPPING. They show 1st run movies, the grill/snack bar is cheap, clean & tasty, and who can beat getting 2 shows for the price of 1? (Wednesday is $10 carload night during the summer).
We love it. Also, 45 minutes down the road in Lamesa is the Sky-Vue . It's older, but still a great deal when we want to meet the family from Midland for a night out. |
