Speaking of phallic symbols, I did a google image search on "mr softee" to get those images. Word of advice; don't do that at work, or with children around.

Back on topic...

Let me start by stating that, where I live, each lot is at least 1/2 an acre, and the house must sit 300 feet from the street. There's a family with 3 teens across the street from me. They have a buddy whose truck has speakers SO loud, the (thermal pane) windows in the BACK of my house shake!!

I'd had this fantasy of walking up to this truck, wearing bandoliers, reaching in, and turning the radio off. If he tries to turn it back on, I then shoot out the darn thing.

The neighborhood has been much quieter since I confessed my fantasy to the mother of this little brood...

If there was an initial thread about loud music I missed it. But this reminds me of my ex-boyfriend. He moved onto a street in the West Village of Manhattan that is basically all clubs and bars. He lives next to a bar. He was forever calling the cops about the noise. I can understand to an extent however if you live in a location that you know is pretty busy and you can't deal with the noise then don't move there duh!!!
yeah, that doesn't seem too..whats the word....bright?
