Regarding Lambda Lambda Lambda, there was a local sorority by that name at the University of Dayton. It was the first sorority on campus in 1962 and in 1996, they were the last local sorority to affiliate. They became the Kappa Gamma chapter of Sigma Kappa.

Reese did say in an interview that she observed at the KKG house at USC...
Kappa was mentioned in the movie in Legally Blonde 2 oh Rachel belonged to Kappa Kappa Delta in Friends! |
How can anyone forget Delta Iota Kappa from Van Wilder?

This is what I found on Delta Iota Kappa.
Also, I just saw the Axe body deoderant commercial where they drop off a manequin at a sorority house- the girls are wearing the letters Sigma Alpha Pi. Yes, there is a local with this name. |

Alpha Omega Pi is a local chapter here at YSU

Delta Nu
Delta Nu was a fraternity at Wayne State from '47-'50, when they were then initiated as Pi Kappa Alpha's Delta Nu chapter.

There actually was an older movie with Gene Wilder, in which he attended a Delta Gamma convention and actually began dating a DG. Thought it was pretty interesting that DG allowed the movie to use their actual name.

kappa kappa delta
So I looked up Kappa Kappa Delta which someone stated as being Rachel's (from Friends)...its a local fraternity at Trinity (even though I dont know that much about the school its in San Antonio Texas).

For those of you who have seen "Big Fish," I think the letters I saw on the Auburn sorority house was Sigma Omega Chi????? Maybe? Anyone know who's house they used... if anyone's... in that movie.

about auburn
sororities at auburn are not allowed to have houses-they have floors in designated dorms . each group has a suite on one of their floors. the fraternities do have houses so it is possible that they could've used a fraternity house at auburn. any auburn alums. who know the skinny on this?
