I loved it-- plus it was so convenient for meetings and recruitment, basically everything... all I had to do was go downstairs. I miss those late night conversations with sisters in each other's rooms! |
Plain and Simple!
If you dont, you do not lknow what you may lose! Age, BS, I was by far the oldest to be there. Well, I still am and when would come down for a weekend, as an Alum, I had a place to crash. May have been a couch or a bed that was given up to me, I did not ever sleep on the floor!:) |

I wish we had houses...I would love the opportunity to live in a sorority house!
|
I pledged in the fall and moved to the sorority hall after Christmas. I was the only pledge (yea, that was I was ;). I only remember a couple of times when I was treated as a pledge (okay, it wasn't hazing then either, lol).
I agree that living on the hall was terrific...if I didn't move my car during the week;) :D McD's was just down the hill...the student center was on the other side of campus...thankfully not a large one. All 6 sororities are in 1 dorm which is cool. I think all the fraternities have houses. Glad we don't...extra expenses, liability, etc. Anyway...enjoy!! It's definitely a way to get to know your sisters better:D :D |
