A free PDF writer is Cute PDF. You also have to download a prerequisite called GhostWriter. Google it and you'll find them. As lifesaver said, it shows up as a printer so you select Print, choose Cute PDF and it prompts you for a file name.

Yeah.. it was fairly easy to use. I customized a template and it actually turned out really nice.

I haven't done a newsletter in a few years because my free-color-printing source dried up.
