I agree, there is just as much drinking among GDI's. BUT, we do accept a certain responsibility to uphold the image of Greeks. AND, we are always bitching on here about how bad Greeks are made to look. Maybe we should look at our own behavior that could be contributing to our image!

The school's Greek Life Advisor was at the bar drinking with what I'd assume are his fraternity brothers.

It is legal to buy and consume alcohol for the friend that is 21. And certainly knowing what kind of shots are out there and learning about new ones is also not a crime. The amount of alcohol consumed is up to the individual.

Just out of curiosity, why do you drop the shot glass in as well? Why not just pour a shot in?

By just pouring the shot in, it doesn't allow the drink to "fizz". Also, I don't think it tastes as good or something like that. I dunno. I just remember on my 21st when I started to pour it in a bunch of people were like, "Noooooo!!!!!!!! Don't!!!!!!!!!!"
