I tried to call customer service this morning several times and could not get through to a real person - it was frustrating on a level with the old First Union phone system! I ended up just printing out the repair form and am shipping the ring back today. This really has not been a good experience for me, which is disappointing because their jewelry is so pretty. I'm not likely to order from them again unless I have to. |
