ETA: Also...Kagan's straight. Not that it matters, but it's interesting that so much time has been spent on wrong information.

I couldn't agree more.

On a side note, I really enjoyed Maureen Dowd's column today on the topic of Kagan and wanted to share it with those who may be interested. It is definitely a worthwhile read, in my opinion.
