Yeah I've been off my diet for 3 weeks now :(

I'm just not caring right now and I'm sure I've put back on everything I've gained.

I'm cranky and too tired to do weight watchers. Hopefully I'll feel better soon

Who just ate an entire bag of Cadbury mini eggs in less than two days? Yeah, that would be me. This week is pretty much shot.

I just hate Easter Candy!!! It is too hard to resist. I bought a bag 2 days ago had a handful and decided that I needed to throw them away or I would eat the whole bag. So I put it in the trash can and poured water on them so I knew I wouldn't go after them. I have done pretty good eating Jelly Beans though. BAD EASTER CANDY!!

my doctor just put me on a 1200 calorie a day diet. i'm also suppose to exercise at least 30 minutes a day. i'm not having too much trouble with the 1200 calories, but the exercise part is killing me.
i'm doing this b/c i'm pre-diabetic (basically if i don't do it i will be a diabetic by age 30), have high cholesterol and high triglycerides. i've become comfortable with my size. it doesn't bother me the way it used to. so my biggest reason for doing this is to make sure i'm healthy. if i lose weight (which i most likely will seeing as how i only eat 1200 calories a day) then great, but i don't care.

p.s. - i do miss pizza, my weekly donut, and mountain dew. mmmmm that sweet sweet dew.........

You can still have your Mountain Dew...just have a diet one!

i'm not suppose to have diet soda either. at least not often. maybe once a week or so. the fake sugar still makes my body produce insulin blah blah blah.......i don't really understand, but i'm not suppose to. but i like the idea of diet dew. i'll have to remember.

Eh?

I am a diabetic and I drink diet pop all the time. It doesn't affect your blood suagr. Or at least it shouldn't. If it does, it sounds like there's another problem there. All I ever drink is diet pop or water. I only ever drink juice if I am having a low blood sugar.
