 Tomorrow is my meeting.  I am not looking forward to it because I had a bad week.  I will post how I did tomorrow.

 Whoo hoo!!! I reached my first ten lbs this week.  Whats bad is we have Mardi Gras next Tuesday so I won't weigh in for two weeks ... I hope I don't let myself go.

 I lost 4.5 lbs this week!! I must say that is very exciting and encouraging.  I really didn't think I had lost anything.

 couldn't go last week, but this week i lost 1.8 over the past two.  which is good, but still haven't fully lost the 2.5 i gained the week before that.  but hopefully i'll be able to keep on track and not get discouraged...

 Down 3.0 this week for a total of 12.2 lbs.  I was surprised to see that big of a loss since I didn't follow program at all.

 I've been doing WW for about 5 weeks now (no meetings - I don't have the money!) and the first 2 weeks went really well - I lost a total of 9 pounds. However, I haven't lost or gained anything the past 3. Does anyone have any ideas of how to get off this plateau?

		After trying (unsuccessfully) to do WW without going to the meetings, I joined last night! So today is my first day on the system, and I'm contemplating doing the Fast Track for the first week or two.  I have to really read it and see if it's for me. 
	Today will also be my first day at the gym. I'm not excited like I was the first time I did WW and Body for Life. Normally I'm charged up and ready to go. Right now, I'm just blah. But I am determined to do this. I even paid for nine weeks upfront for WW. So I'll be checking into this thread regularly. I need to take a before picture and put it on my refrigerator or on my bathroom mirror.  |

 I didn't go to my meeting last week.  I knew I put on weight and I was too scared to see how much it was.   
	I haven't been that good this week either. I have food poisoning so I haven't eaten anything today because I can't keep anything down. I've also been too sick to go to the gym. Hopefully I will be at the gym thursday. I really need to get back on track.  |
